FilesTube Launches Community Tools
FilesTube, which recently launched as a file search engine, is building a community on top of its core service. With the addition of some personalization options, FilesTube is hoping to gain your attention and keep it, by creating a hub for your search and file-sharing needs.
As it collects download links from 20+ dedicated file-sharing sites like rapidshare and yousendit, FilesTube aims to be your resource for download links. Now you can tag search results, comment on them and organize them into lists which can be downloaded later. These lists can help you keep track of your downloads, when used in conjunction with your download history.
The result of these new personalized tools means that it could become increasingly easier for you to search and refer to FilesTube. I expect more networking features are on the way, so that the community can be better leveraged for additional personalized recommendation tools.

How does the competition work?
From clipstar staff:
There is a link at the top right hand page of the site called Competition, this tells you what you need to know. However, to summarize, you’ve got to be 16 years of age or older to enter. You must upload to Clipstar.com a video clip which falls into one of the following categories: Singers, Band or Group, Comedy, Acting, Director or Film, Animation, Dance, Music or Any Other. Entrants may choose the category, or categories, in which the video should be entered. Entries must not exceed 10 minutes in length or 100MB in size. There are 4 quarterly competition periods each lasting 3 months to determine who will go through to the final. The winner of each quarterly category competition will each receive $10,000 and be automatically entered in to the final. At the end of each year there will be a total of 36 video clips that will battle it out over a 2-week period for the top prize of $1,000,000. All previous voting for these clips will be deleted and will start again from zero votes.
